Refunds and returns
Overview
In Switzerland, consumers have no statutory right of return or exchange.
We at Café Santa Helena voluntarily grant the customer a right of exchange within 7 days of the date of purchase if:
Your product is damaged. You must return it to us in the same packaging and without any signs of tampering. We do not accept products that have been opened or show signs of use.
Thank you for your purchase! We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially booked.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted.

Sold articles
Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item, please send us an e-mail to info@cafesantahelena.com and send the item to: Via Grevas 11, 7514 – Sils/Segl Maria
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You must bear the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
