Our coffee comes from Brazil in Raw Arabica beans and goes directly to the Swiss mountains of Engadin. Characteristics: Botanical variety: Arabica (Catuai Vermelho); Provenance: Brazil; Harvest: Manual Drying: In the sun; Roasting: Slow artisanal roasting, done by hand in a wooden roaster; Intensity: Dark roast. For those who like a stronger, more pronounced flavor, Dark Roast is your choice, as it enhances the taste. It’s ideal for making a classic full-bodied Italian espresso with a beautiful crema.
